Meet Romans – the guy who travels the world to run Marathons!

Romans Sroms has run 104 marathons in 41 different countries. 26 of them, he ran as a Pacer. In 2022, he ran the Helsingborg Marathon for the first time, and on September 7th, he is returning to run his third Helsingborg Marathon. The road to HBGM – hill running 10×2, up and down

In Helsingborg, there are plenty of hills. Therefore, we’ve been forced to learn to love running up and down hills. And regardless of what one thinks about this, it’s an incredibly effective way to improve endurance and leg strength. Moreover, when running not only uphill but also downhill, we take the opportunity to train downhill running – something we otherwise easily forget. So, enjoy – here comes a fun hill workout to tackle when the spirit moves you!
