Lydinge Resort Relay 21 km

Distance: 21 097,5 m

The course for the Lydinge Resort Relay 21 km follows the same route as the HOKA Helsingborg Half Marathon, with exchange stations located at Pålsjö Kiosk, in Pålsjö Forest, and above Tinkarpsbacken.

Leg 1 starts at Sundstorget outside Dunkers Kulturhus and runs through Helsingborg’s beautiful and historic city center, up Bergaliden and past the medieval tower Kärnan, before continuing into Tågaborg, where the exchange awaits at Pålsjö kiosk after 4.8 km.
Leg 2 starts at Pålsjö kiosk after 4.8 km and runs through Mariastaden and the Pålsjö Forest nature reserve, where the exchange takes place at 11.7 km.
Leg 3 starts in Pålsjö Forest and then runs through both the newer and older parts of Laröd, finishing at 17.7 km.
Leg 4 starts just above the 700-meter-long Tinkarpsbacken hill. Once you’ve made your way down, a magical finish awaits with 2,500 meters of beautiful running along the seaside promenade toward the finish at Gröningen.

Lydinge Resort Relay 42 km

The course for the Lydinge Resort Relay 42 km follows the same route as the Helsingborg Marathon, with exchange stations located at Ättekulla, outside Fredriksdal Museums and Gardens, and in Pålsjö Forest.

Leg 1 starts at Sundstorget and runs straight south on a very fast course to the picturesque fishing village of Råå at the southernmost point, before turning north toward Raus and the exchange at Ättekulla after 11.3 km.
Leg 2 starts up at Ättekulla, where you can take in views over the Øresund, then continues through the beautiful Ramlösa Brunnspark and the Jordbodalen nature reserve. The course then becomes easy running as you head to and through Fredriksdal Museums and Gardens, where you’ll experience everything from the old manor house to grazing animals, before reaching the exchange at 21.6 km.
Leg 3 starts just outside Fredriksdal, passes Olympia, and continues to Slottshagen and the medieval tower Kärnan. The course then goes via Tågaborg to Mariastaden, finishing through the Pålsjö Forest nature reserve at 32.7 km.
Leg 4 starts in the beautiful Pålsjö Forest and heads north toward Laröd, where you run through both the newer and older parts, before taking on Tinkarpsbacken and finishing along the magical seaside promenade to the finish at Gröningen.
